Return/Exchange Policy
We offer a 10-day return/exchange policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must:

  1. Be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.
  2. Include proof of purchase.

To initiate a return or exchange, please get in touch with us at support@shopnotyourgirl.com. We gladly accept exchanges within 10 days of receiving your order, provided the item meets the eligibility criteria above.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale items are not eligible for return.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 72 hours if:

  1. The item is defective or damaged.
  2. You received the wrong item.

Email support@shopnotyourgirl.com with a photo of the damaged item, and we’ll address the issue promptly.

Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you of your refund’s approval status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note: It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, contact us at support@notyourgirl.com.
